ID 315 - History of Architecture and Interiors I This course is an introductory overview of the history of design in architecture, interiors, and furniture from the ancient era through the end of the eighteenth century. Lectures, readings, and research focus on the development of major forms, period styles, ornament, and the decorative arts from ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome through the Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical eras. 3 credits
