DGAD 3306 - Video Art

Prerequisite: DGAD 2001. This course places equal emphasis on the theory/history of digital video and its actual production. The first half of the course will consist of viewing works, reading conceptual and theoretical texts, and discussion. The second half is a studio class involving the production of moving images in the form of individual digital projects and a group installation project. 3 credits.
