BANL 4425 - Data Mining


Prerequisite: BANL 1100 . This course will examine and apply methods used in recognizing patterns, classification, and making predictions in the data mining field. Using a hands-on learning approach, students will gain knowledge and practical skills in data mining to assist decision makers or explore business opportunities using large sets of data. The R programming language will be used for instruction. 3 credits.
