FI 429 - Corporate Financial Management Prerequisite: FI 213 A comprehensive analysis of the structure of optimal decisions relative to the functional areas of corporate financial decision making. Emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of the applications and limitations of decision models for the investment, financing, and dividend decisions of the corporation. Topics include firm valuation, capital budgeting, risk analysis, cost of capital, capital structure, and working capital management. 3 credits
