CJ 440 - Death Investigation Prerequisites: senior standing as Criminal Justice - Investigative Services or Forensic Science major plus CJ 201 , FOR 215 or FOR 216 , and FOR 415 or permission of instructor An in-depth study of the principles and techniques associated with investigating homicides, suicides, and accidental, natural, or equivocal deaths. While considering the sociological, psychological, and legal aspects typically found in these cases, the process will take the student from the scene to the court - criminal or civil. 3 credits
