INTD 4411 - Interior Design Studio V

Prerequisite: INTD 3312 with a grade of C or better. This advanced studio course is focused on environmental and social sustainability. Performance-based rating systems for the built environment that impact green building, human health and wellbeing are covered and socio-economic issues are explored. Emphasis is placed on sustainable communities, building practices, systems and materials selection in the context of large-scale adaptive reuse, historic preservation, or new construction project. 3 credits.
