MUSR 3311 - Studio Recording II

Prerequisite: a grade of C or higher in MUSR 2211. A course in the technique and methodology of multitrack studio and live recording continued. Includes detailed study of signal flow, multitrack recording, multitrack tape recorders, mixing consoles, microphones, signal processors, studio procedures, effects and digital audio. Hands on techniques are emphasized as well as theory. Laboratory fee. 3 credits.
