SYST 3304 - Decision Analysis

Prerequisite: SYST 3346. Prerequisite or co-requisite: SYST 3347. Provides an introduction to the concepts, methods, and tools used in decision analysis. Formulating and structuring a decision problem and use of quantitative tools and analysis are studied. Topics covered include influence diagrams, decision trees, sensitivity analysis, value of information, and risk attitudes. The issue of conflicting objectives is also addressed as a factor in decision analysis process.
