HLTH 1175 - Foundations of Medical Terminology

This course provides students with a survey of words and descriptions commonly used in medicine and other health professions. Students will obtain the knowledge to associate a variety of medical terms with their meaning and context. This course prepares students to read and interpret medical records and will utilize medical terms to effectively communicate with other health professionals. 1 credits.
