PSYC 3340 - Case Management

Prerequisite: PSYC 1111 or PSYC 1112. This course will introduce students to the practice of working with clients in various human services settings, such as at point of contact (i.e. ambulance/first responders), hospitals, inpatient/outpatient treatment facitilies, and community treatment facilities. Students will learn about polices, practices, and ethical standards to be applied when interacting with children and adults, as well as the community in general. 3 credits.
