NUTR 6690 - Nutrition Science Capstone Project

Prerequisite: 15 graduate hours or consent of the program coordinator. Prerequisite or co-requisite: NUTR 6645. During this course students will write a case report/research project based on a patient they cared for during their culminating rotations. Upon completion of the project, students will present their work to their fellow classmates and other nutrition professionals. 3 credits.
