INDE 6624 - Quality Analysis

Prerequisite: INDE 6609 or EGRM 6609 or equivalent. This course aims to provide students fundamental concepts in quality and statistical quality analysis that will allow them to understand, define, analyze and provide solutions for quality related problems. The course introduces concepts in univariate statistical quality control and quality assurance and management. Topics include principles of quality control systems, process control concepts, control charts for variables and attributes, process capability analysis, specification and tolerances, and acceptance sampling plans. 3 credits.
