CHEM 6615 - Basics of Computational Chemistry This course provides students with fundamental computational programming and mathematical theories, in order to understand the numerical solutions of the major equations (e.g., Schrodinger equation and Newton's equation) used in computational chemistry. Students will learn the basic linear algebra theory, programming in MATLAB, and common algorithms used in computational chemistry methods. 3 credits.
