SLPA 6704 - Clinical Practicum II

This course is the second level of clinical experience for students focusing on assessment and intervention of individuals with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The clinical experiences are completed under the supervision of ASHA-certified, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. Students will practice assessment and treatment planning, discharge planning, report writing and patient/parent counseling for the patients they work with across the lifespan. 1.5 credits.
