BUSL 6642 - Legal and Ethical Issues in Litigation Support

This course develops and applies the key concepts of litigation and advisory services including forensic accounting consulting and expert witness skills. The course will include a combination of theory and practice using simulated cases and mock trials. Development of a forensic accounting professional practice will also be studied.
