This course emphasizes the nutritional foundations needed for the growth, development, and normal functioning of individuals in each stage of the lifecycle - pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and aging adulthood; covers age-specific clinical and nutritional interventions from preconception to the elderly stages of life. 3 credits.
