NUTR 6643 - Clinical Nutrition SEL

Prerequisite or co-requisite: NUTR 6642. The experiential learning component to the Nutrition Care Process and Physical Assessment course allows students to see and apply the knowledge gained during the lecture component. Rotations will coincide with the topics being covered in lecture and will cover a wide range of disease states. Rotation examples are: Extended care facilities, general medicine, surgery, oncology, cardiac, as well as outpatient settings in renal, bariatric, and diabetes. 1 credits.
