INDE 6640 - Lean Six Sigma

Prerequisite:INDE 6609. This course provides students with knowledge and skills to apply lean six sigma with a focus on quality improvement and cost reduction in manufacturing and service industries. Topics include, but not limited to, waste, process flow, value stream management, process benchmarking, DMAIC process, statistical process control, and basic experimental design techniques.
