ENVS 6201 - Advanced Marine Organismal Biology

A survey of animal, plant, and algae taxa inhabiting the marine and estuarine environment. Emphasis will be placed on the form and function of the major groups and their adaptation to the marine environment. Particular attention will be focused on examples of marine and estuarine organisms that inhabit the Long Island Sound. 3 credits.
