MATH 1110 - College Algebra

Prerequisite: Placement into MATH 1110 or completion of MATH 1107 or MATH 1108 with a grade of C or higher. Co-requisite: MATH 1111. An extensive study of functions and radicals and linear, quadratic, exponential, and logarithmic equations. The course also covers the study of polynomials, including the fundamental theorem of algebra. This course is intended primarily for students whose program of study requires calculus or business math. 3 credits.
