ARTS 4430 - Portfolio Photography

Prerequisite: ARTS 1102 or ARTS 1110. In this course students will generate a portfolio of photographic images for various applications. In building their portfolio, students will research a variety of concepts, techniques, and approaches artists and designers use to best communicate their work. The class will discuss topics such as developing an individual voice, refining a working process, considering methods for presentation/distribution of photographs, and reflecting on current issues in contemporary art. 3 credits.
