ECON 6687 - Collective Bargaining

Recommended prerequisite: ECON 6625. Emphasis on contract negotiation, whether in a formal or informal bargaining scenario. Contract development covers wages, benefits, job security, management's rights, equal opportunity, and grievance procedures. Additional time devoted to third-party settlements - the arbitration process.
