HCAD 6603 - Financial Management of Healthcare Organizations
Recommended prerequisite: HCAD 6601 . Theory and application of financial planning and management techniques in healthcare organizations. Emphasis on financial decision making and on preparation of short- and long-term cash, capital, revenue and expense budgets and financial plans to meet the requirements of HCFA and other third parties.
