PSYC 3357 - Legal Psychology Prerequisite: PSYC 2205 This course will focus on the study of human behavior and cognitions within the legal and criminal justice system. Special emphasis will be given to the contributions of legal and cognitive psychology in understanding the criminal and civil legal system. Topics will include eyewitness testimony, jury decision-making, confession evidence, and punishment and sentencing. 3 credits
