FIRE 3309 - Industrial Fire Protection II Prerequisite: FIRE 1102 or consent of instructor Examination of industrial risk used in industry and process safety management. Fire hazard evaluation techniques will be discussed untilizing quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. Risk assessments are incorporated using event likelihood, system reliability, and human error. These will be used to make cost/effective decisions regarding personnel safety, continuity of operations, and property protection in industrial occupancies. 3 credits
