CSCI 1110 - Introduction to C Programming Prerequisite: MATH 1109 or consent of CS coordinator. Prerequisite or corequisite: MATH 1115 . A first course in computer programming using the C language; for engineering, computer science, mathematics, and science students. Problem-solving methods, algorithm development, and good programming style. Expressions, functions, libraries, basic types and arrays. Programming assignments will stress numeric applications. Lecture plus lab, including work with LEGO Mindstorm(TM) robots. (4 contact hours); 3 credit hours. 3 credits
