The program enables students to enter, or advance in, the computing profession or an allied field, along a variety of career paths. It can also prepare students for further graduate study.
Admission Policy
This program exists in two versions. The main degree program, consisting of 30 credit hours (10 courses) is for students who have earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an ABET accredited university. We also accommodate students with weaker CS backgrounds, or no prior CS background, by prescribing up to six additional courses in fundamental CS subjects. All applicants are expected to demonstrate that they have completed a baccalaureate degree and a course in college algebra prior to enrolling. Submission of GRE scores is required.
