Marine Biology Minor

The minor in marine biology offers students across the university the opportunity to enhance their degree program while gaining a deeper understanding of the ocean and the organisms that live there.  The minor consists of a minimum of 19 credits.  All students must complete MARN 2200  Oceanography and MARA 2223  /MARA 2225  Marine Biology with Laboratory and will select one organismal course and one marine biology restricted elective in consultation with an advisor from the program.  This minor is not open to students in the BA Marine Affairs program.
