The Cyber Threat Intelligence and Financial Crimes program offers a novel approach to undergraduate education and a growing field of need within the public and private sectors. The program prepares students in the art of analytics, critical thinking, participation in working groups, and application methods. The program offers innovative curriculum in a flexible, online and seated format, and can be used as a degree completion program. Students can add specializations in investigative tracks depending on their career goals: organized crime, sports integrity, financial intelligence, trafficking in persons, healthcare fraud, etc.  The BS in Cyber Threat Intelligence and Financial Crimes requires the completion of 121 credits.

Program Objectives:

  • Engage in corporate/business or public sector cyber/financial crimes investigations.
  • Advance their careers in cyber/financial crimes investigations - private or public. 
  • Obtain admission to advanced graduate programs.

Program Outcomes:

  1. Analyze financial information.
  2. Analyze cyber Intelligence.
  3. Integrate findings of financial and cyber intelligence into written reports.
  4. Develop appropriate information sharing strategies for a threat to a community or organization.
  5. Explain legal principles that affect the investigative strategies.
