The bachelor of science in genetics and biotechnology program is designed to prepare students to enter the growing genetics, biopharmaceutical, and biotechnical fields. The program integrates courses in biochemistry, genetics, and cellular and molecular biology.
All students earning a B.S. with a major in genetics and biotechnology must complete a minimum of 124 credits. Courses include the University Core Curriculum including Ethics, the required courses listed below, and five elective courses.
