MATH 3338 - Numerical Analysis

Prerequisites: MATH 2203, a standard programming language. Topics include: solutions of algebraic and transcendental equations by iterative methods; system of linear equations (matrix inversion, etc.); interpolation, numerical differentiation and integration; solution of ordinary differential equations. Scientific and engineering applications. 3 credits.
