Prerequisite: PHYS 2211  or consent of the instructor. Special theory of relativity; Lorentz transformations, relativistic mechanics and electromagnetism. General theory of relativity; equivalence principle, Einstein's three tests, graviton, black hole, and cosmology. 3 credits.
