MARN 4501 - Marine Biology Senior Project I

Prerequisites: marine biology major, senior standing, consent of the instructor. This is the first semester of individual faculty-mentored research in marine biology. Students will develop a research project, conduct literature searches, plan and initiate experiments, prepare a written research proposal and give an oral defense of their proposal at the end of the semester. 3 credits.
