MLSC 4410 - Clinical Seminar I Education

Prerequisites: MLSC 1100, MLSC 3320, MLSC 3340, MLSC 3360, MLSC 3370, MLSC 4400, BIOL 3311, BIOL 4433, matriculating student in the medical laboratory science program. Prerequisites or co-requisites: MLSC 3310, MLSC 3350. This course will prepare medical laboratory science students for the ASCP certification exam. Students will be provided with testing strategies and practice exams using various materials. Students will complete some exams during class time and online. Results from the exams will be used for the course grade. A grade of 80% or greater is required to pass the class. Exams will be reviewed to determine areas of weakness. This course will review all the medical laboratory science required courses completed in the junior year. 2 credits.
