SOCI 2270 - Social Inequality


Prerequisite: SOCI 1113  or consent of the instructor. A survey of social and economic inequalities in American and broader societies. This course is designed to introduce students to core concepts and current theories in the areas of race, social class, gender, and other intersecting inequalities, societal changes, and the methods social scientists use to study inequality. 3 credits.
