INSE 3355 - Production and Service Operations Planning

Prerequisites: INSE 2241, EASC 2232. This course introduces the concepts and techniques related to designing, planning, and controlling manufacturing and service operation systems. The course covers strategic planning tools such as aggregate planning as well as operational planning tools such as inventory management, facility location planning, and scheduling. 3 credits.
