UNIV 1141 - Introduction to Academic Research and Project Management This course will introduce students to the role of evidence and applied reasoning in problem-solving, as well as identifying common obstacles to effective critical thinking. Students develop their ability to make evidence-based arguments through class discussions supported by online coursework and a semester-long experiential project. Field experience is designed to build student awareness and involvement. Laboratory fee. 3 credits.
