MIND 4591 - Music Industry Entrepreneurship Capstone

Prerequisite: senior status. This is a capstone course in which students utilize skills and competencies from their music, music industry, and business courses toward an entrepreneurship project in the form of a product, service, startup, business plan, new creative or business paradigm, or other goal approved in consultation with a faculty advisor. Students will work individually on a project related to their interests in the music industry and, through peer-review and collaboration, experience the development and introduction of an idea. Projects are developed in consultation with and are evaluated by faculty. This course is designed to be taken in the final year of a student's degree period. 3 credits.
