EGRM 6640 - Lean Six Sigma

Prerequisite: EGRM 6611. This course provides students with knowledge and skills to apply lean six sigma in managing quality at all levels of an organization. Topics include: waste, process flow, value stream management, process benchmarking, DMAIC process, statistical process control, basic experimental design techniques, and other LSS tools.
