HTMG 3335 - Special Events Management in Hospitality and Tourism

Prerequisite or co-requisite: HTMG 1165. Provides students with an opportunity to explore various types of meetings, events, expositions and conventions. Outlines related professional roles associated with this industry. Prepares students with hands-on experience in the operation, coordination, and management of special events as they relate to hospitality and tourism. Includes planning and execution of an event. 3 credits.
