MLSC 4430 - Clinical Practicum II - Hematology

Prerequisites: MLSC 3360, MLSC 4400. Prerequisites or co-requisites: MLSC 4420, MLSC 4450. This component of the MLS program prepares students for practice in a clinical hematology laboratory. It involves a rotation in the clinical laboratory at an affiliated licensed clinical laboratory hospital and is designed to enhance the student's entry level competencies. During the rotation the student will be exposed to the daily operations of the clinical hematology laboratory under the supervision of an experienced medical laboratory scientist. 2 credits.
