DIET 1120 - Seminar I: Exploring the Dietetics Field I

Prerequisite: nutrition science major. This course will provide an explanation and rationale of the current and future U.S. educational model and accreditation pathways for the field of nutrition and dietetics to become a registered dietitian. An overview of the many careers available to a clinical dietitian, career preparation for nutrition professionals, and the future of the dietetics field. 1 credits.
