DIET 2220 - Seminar III: Safe Food Handling Prerequisite: DIET 1125 . Students learn principles of food sanitation and safety throughout the food system from purchasing to service. They will learn prevention of common foodborne illnesses and allergens, legal responsibilities of management, and food handling.
