THEA 1134 - Studies in Drama

This course provides students with an introduction to drama as a literary genre and writing about dramatic literature. Skills developed include close reading, literary analysis and interpretation, research, and critical writing. Attention is paid to literary techniques, terminology, and critical theories. Course topics vary depending on the focus chosen by the instructor. Cross-listed with ENGL 1134. 3 credits.
