THEA 2227 - Tap Technique

This course will explore basic tap technique with an emphasis on traditional tap rhythms and steps. Students will develop technical skills, neuromuscular coordination and a strong kinesthetic sense while learning tap vocabulary and exploring the historical background and different styles of tap dance. 3 credits.
