NUTR 6631 - Food Systems Management Laboratory Prerequisite or co-requisite: NUTR 6630 . The experiential learning component to the Food Systems Management course allows students to see and apply the knowledge gained during the lecture component. Rotations will coincide with the topics being covered in lecture and will cover several areas of the food system. Rotation examples are: institutional food service, retail food service, specialty, and farming. 1 credits.
