BIOL 4510 - Environmental Health Prerequisite: sophomore standing or above. This course examines the characterization and risk management of chemical and physical environmental and occupational hazards as well as the spread and control of infectious disease by non-human hosts. Toxicological and epidemiologic approaches to assessing human health hazards are incorporated, including demographic and social justice factors that influence the incidence of environmental or occupational disease. Cross-listed with PUBH 3320 . 3 credits.
