THEA 2241 - Studies in Theater History

Students in this course analyze ideologies, aesthetics, and technologies shaping and shaped by theatrical practices and practitioners. Engaging with a wide range of primary and secondary texts, students will develop, analyze, and assess historiographic methods and the construction of historical narratives. Course topics vary depending on the focus chosen by the instructor. 3 credits.
