RUSS 3301 - Advanced Russian

Prerequisite: RUSS 2202 or comparable proficiency level as demonstrated in consultation with the instructor. This course is intended to develop students' proficiencies in speaking, writing, listening, and reading so that they can be at a level necessary for understanding advanced cultural and professional texts. It will emphasize written composition and oral discussion as well as more advanced vocabulary and grammar structures necessary for continued work with the contemporary news media. This course will be conducted in the target language. 3 credits.
