CJST 2251 - Quantitative Applications in Criminal Justice Prerequisite: MATH 1107 or MATH 1108 or higher, sophomore standing. The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics. The course will cover types of variables, summary statistics, visual representation of data, variability, probability, populations and samples, and parametric and non-parametric tests of significance as applied to criminal justice settings. 3 credits.
